1.a. Is free shipping valid for pan India?
We provide free shipping for orders above Rs. 1000 to most regions of India where the surface (road) connectivity is linked from Delhi, India. But in some regions of India like Andaman & Nicobar Island, Lakshwadeep, and more remote areas where there’s difficult surface connectivity from Delhi, India, we may charge shipping for compensation.
1.b. What shipping methods are available?
We ship bulk items through various popular courier services like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, etc. Most of the packages are shipped through the most reliable shipping aggregator which selects the best courier according to the shipping destination so that the parcel reached the customer at a minimal time with minimal shipping cost.
1.c. How long will it take to get my package?
Ready stock & without printing: Orders containing ready stock products are usually dispatched the next working day.
Ready stock & without printing: Printing processing time takes 4-7 business days to print.
Customized with/without Printing: It would take 4-12 business days to process the printing.
In addition to processing time, there will be courier time applicable to all orders. Within India, Courier would take 3-12 days to reach the destination address depending on the distance and accessibility from our location in Delhi.
1.d. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we provide worldwide delivery via the major shipping providers. All International shipping will be chargeable separately depending on the final weight (including volumetric weight). The quotation of international shipping charges shall be shared via Whatsapp.
1.e. Do I get the tracking number for my order?
Yes, once an order is packed, you would get order tracking details via email. The tracking detail could be a tracking URL with the live location of your package updated frequently or it could be a tracking number of a courier service.
2.a. Do you offer refunds?
We strive to make our customers extremely satisfied and make sure that our customers receive the expected product. We comprehensively test the product before sending it. In case of any shortcoming or defect, we offer a refund for only the reusable/non-customized items with the genuine reason for defective products. Please note transit damage is not our responsibility of us and shall be bearable by the customer.
2.b. How could I get a refund for a defective product?
You have to return the products in suitable condition with good packaging containing only re-usable items at his/her shipping expense to claim the refund. Once we receive the reusable products, it needs to pass the inspection process. If it passes the inspection process, the order is eligible for getting a refund. No refund shall be entertained for your wrong personalized printed items and the customer is solely responsible for losses incurred.
2.c. How much refund amount do I get?
We provide the full refund of the reusable product price excluding the shipping fees to the customer. Reusable products are those products that are not personalized for you and are eligible to sell to other customers.
2.d. What is the refund inspection process?
The refund inspection process is the process to verify the refund claim requested by the customer. It will pass or fail on the basis of the return request, product quality, reusability, personalization, etc to make sure the product is not used, is in the same condition, as sent in, and is reusable to sell to other customers.
2.e. What happens if the inspection process fails?
If the inspection process is not cleared and found product has been tampered with from your side and is not in the same condition as sent in, then we would further communicate with you to resolve the issue.
3.a. How can I cancel or change my order?
Order once paid shall be considered final and can’t be changed or canceled. You can further contact us via Whatsapp or mail for further queries. The reason behind it is simple, we have to pay external payment services for each successful transaction. For numerous paid cancellations, we would have to pay hefty payment charges for nothing to serve and bear the cancellation charges. Also, paid order cancellation hinders the streamlined process of fast delivery and quality of processing.
3.b. Can the order be canceled from the seller’s side?
In the situation where orders can’t be fulfilled due to some undesirable circumstances including stock unavailability, wrong product pricing, non-deliverable Pincode, very high shipping charges, etc, we hold complete authority to cancel the order and provide you a full refund. Any promotional coupon used for canceled orders shall not be refundable.
4.a. How could I place an order?
Simply add your favorite product to the cart with the required quantity of the proper products. For printing cards, just select the type of printing and the final cost will be calculated automatically. You can add multiple products to your cart. After finalizing the products in the cart, proceed to checkout and fill out the necessary order details including name, address, phone number, etc. You need to register a new account or log in to an existing account in the checkout process. All steps are self-explanatory for placing orders.
4.b. Do I need an account on the website to place an order?
Yes, it is mandatory to create an account before placing the order. We have simplified the process of creating accounts along with checkout. So, if you don’t have an account on the website before, it will be automatically created during the checkout process.
4.c. Are all products available in stock every time?
We try our best to sync our online catalog with stock in our inventory. But there could be a situation when the product is not available in our inventory and is still available online. In such a situation, we would try our best to arrange the product as soon as possible or inform the customer for further action to cancel and refund the payment or opt for another product.
4.d. How can I cancel or change my order?
Once placed, orders can’t be changed or canceled, in any way. The order changing is a problem for us as we deal with deliveries of bulk weight items. You can contact us for more information.

6.b. What are the different types of printing options?
We offer 2 different types of printing as you might have noticed when receiving invitations to you:
– Color Screen/Digital Printing: This printing is colored printing in accordance with the color of wedding cards, wedding boxes, stationery items, or any material, wherever applicable.
– Foil Printing: This printing is a glistening metallic gold color, which adds a luxurious and elegant look to the card or box. Foil printing is considered rich printing and it’s usually more expensive than colored screen or digital printing.
You can always decide the type of printing from your desired requirement and budget for the printing of the cards or boxes.
6.c. Is there any printing wastage applicable?
Yes as per industry standard, there could be up to 5% printing wastage of invitation cards. Printing is manual human work and printing wastage is not in our control. We always try to minimize it as much as possible. But it is advisable to take additional invitations as much as possible to cover printing wastage if any.
