Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship bulk items through various popular courier service like Fedex, Aramex, Indian Post etc. Most of the packages are shipped through most reliable shipping aggregator SHYPLITE which select best courier according to the shipping destination, so that the parcel reached to the customer at minimal time with minimal shipping cost.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Without Printing: Normally, It would take 5-7 business days to reach your parcel once delivered from us. It could take more time depending on the destination of location from Delhi, India.

With Printing: It would take 15-25 business days to complete the process of printing and delivery once the printing content is sent to us.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we are open to deliver in India, US and UK. We are soon expanding our market to other countries as well.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We support multiple online payment methods such as:

  • Debit Card
  • UPI Transaction
  • Net Banking

Is Buying Online Safe?

All transaction are 256 bit encrypted to prevent from fraud. We have integrated our payment system with popular payment gateways like Instamojo, Paytm, PayUMoney, Razorpay.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply add your favorite product quantity and click add to cart button. For printing cards, just select the type of printing and the final cost will be calculated automatically. All further steps are self explanatory.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, it is mandatory to create account before placing order. If you don’t have account, it would be automatically created during checkout process.

Are all cards available in stock everytime, which are displayed on website?

We try our best to keep out of stock products away from product catalog, but we don’t guarantee the 100% availability of  the card you chose, as the designs are getting older and soon out of stock. If the card has been out of stock and you have made the payment for the order, we will prompt for similar available card or fully refund your payment, informing you for the final action.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once placed, orders can’t be changed or cancelled, in any way. The order changing is a problem for us as we deal with deliveries of bulk weight items. You can contact us for more information, in case of some cases though.

Printing Information

Do you offer printing service for wedding invitation cards or boxes?

Yes, we offers printing wedding invitation cards at additional cost according to your customized printing matter. We offer designer as well to design your customized printing matter. For any printing queries contact us here.

What are the different types of printing options?

We offer 2 different types of printing as you might have noticed when receiving invitations to you:

Color Screen/Digital Printing: This printing is colored printing in accordance with the color of wedding cards, box, stationery items or any material, wherever applicable.

Foil Printing: This printing is lustrous metallic gold color, which provides luxurious and expensive look of the card or box. Foil printing is considered as rich printing as its marginally expensive than colored screen or digital printing.

You can always choose from the taste and your budget for printing of the cards or boxes.
