In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, our refund policy is to refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. We have simple policy for the cancellation and refund as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for cancellation received for orders later than wedding invitations has been printed or item has been dispatched shall not be cancelled. For cancellation of your order, please contact the us via contact us.

REFUND POLICY

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our customers. Customer has to return the products in suitable condition with good packaging for re-usable items as his/her shipping cost to claim the refund. No refund will be entertained for your wrong personalized printed material and customer shall be sole responsible for losses incurred.

In case of stock unavailability for confirmed order, we will prompt for choosing another product or fully refund the amount, as per the customer desision.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
